Welcome to the E.F.Benson Society

The Society formed in 1985 to develop the interest in E.F.Benson; his famous characters Mapp and Lucia; his life and work; the work of his writing brothers, Arthur and Hugh Benson; his archaeologist sister, Maggie and his parents, Archbishop Edward White Benson and Mary Benson: altogether a very intriguing family.
